I would seriously not recommend this place they put about 200 miles on my car that wasn’t there when it was dropped off it had fast food bags stuffed under the seat went through the stuff in my car and tore off a rain guard off one of my windows and didn’t even mention they did it so it seems like management really needs to look into the people that work there because in a professional environment they are very unprofessional and dishonest people

I've used Bill Black twice this year for repairs to my new vehicle. First was due to extensive hail damage, and a second time when I was involved in an accident and sustained front end damage. Both times Bill Black worked with the insurance companies involved and restored my car back to its original condition! It's a very professional team to work with, I highly recommend them!

Ryan was great to work with and kept me updated through the repair process. Even when I picked up my car, which looks amazing, that process was quick and easy! I appreciate Bill Black Repair for their work and their outstanding customer service.

Recently completed repair was a major one, the manager Brent was always directly available to go over any and all questions I had throughout the entire process either in person or on the phone. Truck looks amazing, and I got it back ahead of schedule. Highly recommend
